Spring is finally here and maybe all of us will get healthy again...especially my husband. Want to travel again, but I haven't travel solo in a long time.
But I'm a local celebrity in some ways. Enter You Tube and tune into Anita Finley interviews Janet S. Kleinman. You'll recognize me and my feelings about immigration.
A child or immigrants, a mother and grandmother of native-born children, I still marvel at my memories of childhood in Russia that my mother used to tell me about. Do you?
A great scene in GOOD-BYE RUSSIA, HELLO AMERICA about buying used wedding dresses! It's nostalgic and you'll smile.
Let me know what you're thinking about.
A zissen Pesach.
Fondly, Janet
This blog is intended to broaden my contacts with people who like to read and write. I want to know what you're doing, where you're traveling , and how you managed to get published. We'll chat on the blog again. JSK

HI FRIENDS...
It has been a long time, but it is always time to wish you a Happy Healthy New Year. Our beginning has been rather difficult but has now returned to a fairly even keel.
My broken foot has healed; Burt is holding his own, and the children and grandchildren are doing interesting things. Scott is coming to visit this week.
And guess what? My latest novel, GOOD-BYE RUSSIA, HELLO AMERICA CAN NOW BE BOUGHT IN A DELRAY BOOKSTORE AS WELL AS FROM BARNES & NOBLE AND AMAZON.
MY POET FRIEND CALLED THE NOVEL "AN ODE TO IMMIGRATION."
READ IT AND SMILE.
FONDLY
